Terms of service

These terms describe use of Local Post Studio, operated by Jeff Young. Questions: jeff@localpoststudio.com. By using Local Post Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta service and account access

Local Post Studio is an early-access tool for creating, editing, saving and exporting real estate and personal content. Features may change or be unavailable. Access is subject to the operator’s invitation and account controls. Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share another customer’s access.

Drafts and publishing

Drafts are starting points for your review, not verified advice or guaranteed platform-ready posts. You are responsible for checking facts, dates, geography, reporting definitions, tone, image rights and platform requirements before sharing. Housing listing statistics are not individual appraisals or MLS closed-sale data. Personal drafts use details you supply and do not verify your experience.

Publishing requires your explicit review and action. Connecting a social account does not publish anything. AI-assisted drafting and supported connected-channel publishing are available in early access; platform approvals, formats and account eligibility limit availability. Additional integrations are in progress. Planned posting preferences are not a promise of automatic publication. Future features will require their own account authorization and, where applicable, updated terms.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep the rights you hold in submitted content. You permit Local Post Studio and its service providers to store and process it as necessary to deliver the service. You must have permission to use uploaded photos and other people’s information and to publish listing or sale details. You are responsible for brokerage requirements, advertising disclosures, applicable housing and privacy laws, and the rules of the platforms where you post.

Acceptable use

Do not use Local Post Studio for unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harassing or infringing content; impersonation; unauthorized disclosure of personal information; or attempts to bypass access controls. The operator may suspend access for inappropriate use or security concerns. Contact support to ask about or contest a suspension.

Pricing and payments

Displayed plans and revenue calculations are planning proposals. Checkout, paid subscriptions and plan allowances are not active. Local Post Studio does not charge you through these proposal screens. Any future paid service must present pricing, payment, cancellation and applicable renewal terms before purchase.

Availability and ending use

We do not promise uninterrupted service, particular audience reach, leads or sales results. Keep copies of content you need. You can stop using Local Post Studio and request deletion through the deletion instructions. Suspending access does not by itself delete stored data or content already posted elsewhere.

Other services and updates

OpenAI, Meta and other services have their own terms. Local Post Studio is not endorsed by Meta or a real estate brokerage. We may update these terms and communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate notice. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
